Mild Redness itching irritation

I have minor redness and itching on my corona i think it is because of soap which i used to clean my penis but many years ago i am using dettol soap for shower as well as to clean my penis now i think that my soap is harming me i regularly clean my foreskin very well and there can't b any chance of balanitis cz i always keep it clean so can i use my soap or there must b another problem?
