Mild phimosis. Maybe infection also
17 y/o (I think late bloomer). Can only retract when fully flaccid. The enitre circumference of the short ring formed by foreskin on the top is also covered by small whitish bumps. Also, cleared glans for first time 20 days ago. Now there seem to be 'cracks' on something that may be a thin sheet of smegma all over the glans. The cracks then come off as flaky skin if rubbed off. Plz help asap

Hi Looks like you had balanoposthitis that is infection of foreskin and glans which has healed with scar. If problems persist see a urologist and undergo circumcision.
