Mild pain in the left side of my scrotum

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have been feeling mild pain at intervals in my scrotum since 2 weeks. I also have burning sensation sometimes in the skin of the scrotum. Lately I feel my penis has become soft. The pain is mild and feels like a nerve strain.
