Mild pain in penis head

Sir/Ma'am I am a self employed male, having a normal physique, i got married in March this year and facing some issues, after sex i feel a mild pain in penis head which persists for days, i use lube so there is no question of rough and dry entry, its been more than 10 days since we are not together, but still i feel the pain. Kindly guide..
