My brother was a accidently hit by my elbow in his chest, he has no trouble breathing,coughing could it be serious?

Hello... Elbow hitting chest wouldn't cause fracture... See I'd there is local swelling or tender ness.. Even if he has mild pain it will subside in one or two days ... Force of trauma and place of trauma helps in guessing the severity of injury ... Don't worry .. Its not serious .....
