Mild pain and heaviness in heart

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Good evening doctor, for the past 4 days I am feeling mild to moderate pain in and around heart region. Sometimes burning sensation. I am feeling uneasy. Ten days back I have done my Arogyam C test in Thyrocare my CHOLESTEROL and triglycerides has been increased. Cholestoral is 203 and triglycerides level is 394. My vitamin D is 21 .5. Presently I am using Rosuvus F 10 and uprise D3. Kindly suggest. I am sending my lipid profile test. Thank you,
