Dear Doctor,
I am 41 years old unmarried male.
I am 108kg in weight and height is 5 feet 6 inches. I have Asthma, urticaria, severe GERD.
I did Echocardiogram on 11 June 19. It shows Mild PAH, trivial TR, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. I have been taking deep breath, dry cough and yawning for the past 2 month. My Pulmonologist gave me medicine Montek AB and formoflo 250mg.
I am worried about mild PAH. What is causing breathing problem and slight dry cough. What other test I have to do to get rid of breathing problem? Please advise.
