Mild liver enlargement
Hello doctor
I'm a 26 year old female.
I experience pain in left abdomen under ribs when pressed.
My ultrasound reports says that mildly enlarged liver +160mm) with normal echotexture.no focal pathology seen. There is no evidence of intrahepatic biliary dilatation.CBD and portal vein appear normal.
What could be the cause?please explain.

After the reports, kindly come to practo chat for your evaluation, counseling and treatment part. Liver function test is of utmost necessary but get a Whole Body investigations. I'm sure, something will come up, which can be treated effectively. Because liver cannot be enlarged unnecessarily without any cause. Regards.
