Mild Leucopenia, Platelet mildly reduced
I am 30/F, 5ft 2inch, 49Kg, married 10 years ago, 1 child of 4.5 years. My weight was 55Kg in March 2016. Suddenly my weight becomes 48.5Kg in October 2016. No major health issues during that period (except Nausea, indigestion). I consulted doctor then; I have been suggested multivitamins, immunity booster, Lycored etc. Also, I tried for a weight gain in last six months, but no weight gain is there. Two days ago, I go for a few Blood tests where I found the followings (only the abnormal values are given): IRON – 51.3 (normal 60 – 180) 25-OH Vitamin D – 10.3 (normal: >30, deficiency: <20) Avg Blood Glucose - 71 Haemoglobin 11.1 Haematocrit 34.9 Total leucocyte Count – 3930 Absolute Neutrophil Count - 2130 (in normal range) Absolute Monocyte Count 160 Abs Basophil Count - 8 Mean Platelet Volume 15.2 Platelet Count 130000 (normal 150000 – 400000) Total RBC 3.92 Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW-CV) 14.8% Others normal. Please Help.
