Hepatomegaly be due to alcohol consumption, hepatitis, infections like, malaria, etc.
Splenomegaly usually occurs when there is hepatomegaly.
The reports you mentioned are unclear, the values are absent.

Blood in semen is due to seminal vesiculitis.
