I had nausea and stomach pain gas after eating stomach fullness  feels for 8 months.  So I now had an endoscopy.My endoscopy report shows mild gastritis Can i eat nuts curd almomds low fat milk My doctor gave me two tablets, not antibiotics. Rebaparzole and hcl tablet 10days

In case of Gastritis avoid spicy and deep fried foods and fastfoods. Take plenty of curdrice and butter milk. Have a strict dining schedule. Don't keep stomach empty for more than 4 hours. Continue Rabiprozole tablet daily on empty stomach.
