  4. Mild fever from three days. Please.

Mild fever from three days
My son age 2 years 11 months From last three days having mild fever First day 101 to 102 fever used fepanil . From second day Third day mild fever  not used any medicine bcz he is active eating and going to school. Is it ok or should I go hospital..any suggestions please..
