  3. Mild fever. What can i do.

Mild fever
From last two days I am suffering from mild fever with head ache and also body pain. Fever is now gone but head ache and mild body pain is still there. One more thing I feel slightly cold during night.what can I do.I did not take full sleep in last two weeks due to my examination is this is due to that.please reply immediately.
