I am having mild fever and severe diarrhoea, almost went to washroom for 15 times today and also had vomiting is it normal ?

No it's not normal. U are having infection. Have to prescribe u antibiotics and other supportive medication. Kindly book a proper consultation for better evaluation and treatment.
