Mild Eye Pain & Head Pain (Nerve)

Dear Sir / Madam. My age is 38 Am Thyriod Patient , It's Normal , I Have been Suffering from mild Eye pain ( Inside Eyes ) & Mild Head ace ( Nerve Pain ) It Comes & Goes .I Feel it For Couple of Hours & I feel Normal Later .Everyday I feel it .On Face I feel somewhat Uncomfortableness , feel like nerve is piping out I feel it for some time & it goes too . Consulted ENT , Suggested for CT PNS Scan for Sinus , Got the Scan No Sinus , Consulted Eye Doctor , She Confirmed I should use Glasses , It's Not Because of Eye , Asked to Consult Neuro or ENT , Started using Glasses Still the Same . Consulted Neuro He Confirm could be tension headache , I Don't feel Headace , Consulted General Physician he suggested MRI Brain with Orbit & MRI Facial / PNS .My Life is getting Effect Due to It . Please Suggest What Is the Concern Which Dr I see . Please .
