Mild Abdominal pain
My last LMP : 20th March 2020. UPT : faint positive Extremely pain in lower abdomen, sometimes feel mild pain in left side n right side. Having back pain also. Can't work properly, cannot walk or doing any kind of movement till last 10 days...whenever doing work or walking it started paining in lower abdomen. Extreme dizziness, weakness and sometimes  having temperature. Pulse rate: 109 BP: 126/85 I want to know that why my abdominal pain is so mild and constant? What should I do? Need proper advice and guidance. Thank you.

Kindly repeat UPT and you need to get an ultrasound done. Ensure adequate fluid intake and since your pain is affecting your daily activities, you need to consult a gynaecologist in person.
