Mild abdominal pain

I have met a motorcycle accident 3 days ago,from that i have get minor scratches over face and left hand,no fractures as i met a doctor.but now i m feeling mild abdominal pain from last 1 day which get relieved on analgesics but recurr after 3-4 hours.plz suggest me what to do?
