Depends on migraine frequency
It is useful during headache time
But if u r getting headache frequently,u have to take some course of preventative therapy of migraine also, so that headache should not occur repeatedly

Do not take medicine frequently otherwise u will develop drug tolerance and headache wont subside with normal dosage of drugs

U can have it any time of day, but better to take after food and take cap pantop 40mg also to prevent acidity due to pain medicine
There are no limitations like monthly, or daily but better ro take 2 or 3 times a day, if not subsided ..try other medications
