Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to seek your opinion on my migraine problem. I am suffering from migraine for a long time and I have referred to various doctors but have not got a cure till now. I visited an Ayurvedic doctor and he identified the reason for migraine in my case is indigestion. I have observed it for few years now and I am confident that indigestion is the root cause of migraine. However I have tried multiple medicines, have a proper lifestyle, fit by body but still my indigestion is not cured. I observe that I don't feel pressure few times and hence it causes gastric issues. Can you please tell me how can I improve my digestive system?
Regards,
Rahul

Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk ,curd rice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner .Take antacids and ppi for temporary relief
