Migraine headache and right arm pai n

Hi, My wife used to had treatment for migraine and once she got pregnant and doctor suggested to stop the tablet for migraine.But now she got headache and right arm pain at this 4th month of pregnancy time.please advise how to treat this pain. Thanks

Meet to your gynaecologist and discuss with her.For time being she can use paracetamol tablet .Arm pain is not related with this migraine may be other cause.Pain killer ointment she can use for this pain.
