Mexicine to stop periods

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I'm a PCOS patient and I have been experiencing heavy bleeding. The periods have been continuing for a long period of time. Please suggest a medicine to stop the periods. (During similar episodes before, I took Trenaxa MF. However, I'm also taking Fluvoxin CR for mental health issues now so I want to make sure that the medicines don't cross react). Also, please explain the frequency of taking the medicine.
