Metoprolol Tiredness - ECG
Metoprolol XR 25 for night is added a week back with  already taking  Cilacar 10 twice daily due to elevated diastolic BP and heart rate. I am feeling sleepy throughout the day with some kind of chest discomfort after taking Metoprolol. Tomorrow will meet the physician again. Current BP is 110/75. An ECG taken yesterday is attached. Does Metoprolol cause sleepiness.

Your heart rate is well under control And also your BP is under control If you have chest discomfort it will be advisable to undergo a TMT ( stress test ) It is less likely to be metoprolol related
