Headache in the first 2–3 days is a known side effect of metformin, especially when starting therapy.
Since it has now subsided, that suggests your body is adapting well to the medication.
A form of Vitamin B12, used for neuropathy, B12 deficiency, and sometimes as supportive therapy in diabetes for nerve protection
Thats vitamin b12 -mecofol
It helps with neuronal weakness that happens with diabetes abd also woth metformin.
It takes time to adjust
