Metatarsal Fracture Recovery
It's been three weeks since I got my leg out of cast for a left foot metatarsal fracture. I live a pretty busy life and making time for a physiotherapy session in a clinic is going to be difficult for me. I am planning to take physiotherapy sessions at home. Is this a goo/bad idea? Is it it advisable to take first few sessions at the clinic and then will they prescribe be exercises which I can do at home?

It doesn't matter if you take sessions at home also. Treatment is going to be pretty much same. Just look for an experienced orthopedic Physiotherapist
