Metastatic neuroendocrine tumor

He was given chemotherapy too but not a clear explanation about His condition. He is tested positive for ki67, 8-10%, MIC-2 and chromogranin. Others are negative. Given this data, is the tumor lethal? Which stage does this represent and what are the next immediate steps to be taken. Kindly advise

Neuroendocrine tumor arising from thigh is rare entity. In NEC tumor ki 67 play important role to decide about treatment. Three categories are there.  Less than 2%, 2-20%,  more than 20%. As per your report it is grade 2. For this rare entity no clear guidelines for treatment is available. Case based treatment to be decided. Please attach all reports and give further information like what chemo he received. Need detailed discussion with you
