I usually take Metaprolol succinate for fast heart beat since 1 year. Am on trip to hill station n the medicine finished. I asked 2-3 chemist but they all have Metaprol tartrate
Can I take that instead? Is it safe to switch it or shall I go n find xl still

What dose are you taking? You can take in divided doses - like
Metoprolol 25 mg - morning and evening dose.
