Fixed orthodontics with metal braces won't give any side effects . Initial period of discomfort and maintenance is needed anyway . There might be different brands of brackets available . Average cost ranges from 12000 to 40000 followed by the retainer clip.

Cost varies as different systems like self ligating etc are available and also which brand brackets are used. Generally cost varies from 45000-70000 depending upon the Clinic and doctor’s expertise
