I had my periods on 18th last month. Till now it did not happen. But I am getting the pre mestrual cramps that I get everytime before periods. Does that mean that it is about to start?

If you are sexually active then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If  comes negative then you can wait for few days or meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal.
