Cytology report suggests that my relative has Metastatic Malignant Mesothelioma. She is 62 and has been professor in Kerala. I have attached report here. Can you help me interprete and further steps as well as expectations?

Mesothelioma may be a life threatening condition. Please get a PET CT and biopsy of the axillary lymph node. Please share the reports for further advise
