Hello sir/mam I am 16 , I have been facing problems of insomnia(they call it). I have the habit of sleeping at around 3am since a year . This year I have board exam . I am going through lot of stress.Also somedays I sleep in the evening such that I cannot sleep the whole night no matter how much I try. This is a hectic.as i have to go school in morning . Plz bless me with ur advice. No matter how much I try I can't change my schedule
