Hi, I have panic attacks whenever I encounter chaotic situations such as accidents and road rage. It starts out with raised heartbeat followed by limbs shivering and ending with a blurred vision and finally fainting. I think I owe these symtoms to my unresolved childhood trauma and I need someone to help me with my healing.

My doctor prescribed me to take nexito 10 at night but after taking it I m unable to sleep...can I switch it to morning at my own or I should take it in night...I asked the doctor but her answer remains the same...now I m confused what to do...I m unable to sleep ... should I take it in morning after breakfast???

Hello I have been prescribed currently desvenlafaxine 50mg mirtaz 7.5 mg clonotril 0.25 It's making me severe drowsy whole day so I am  loosing interest in life always sleepy. Previously I was prescribed fluoxamine 100mg which was better for mind and drowsyness was less compared to desvenlafaxine. Can I take now fluoxamine and mirtaz together ?.. because my doctor is out of town and not reachable for few weeks.. I am not happy with the results of desvenlafaxine and not interested to increase the dosage & can I take clonotril daily atleast for next 2-3 months ? I am also doing yoga, and giving importance to diet..please guide..

I am feeling very demotivated, lost, and emotionally apathetic. I don’t feel like interacting with people or attending any social occasions. I am a competitive exam aspirant, and lately I have been experiencing panic without any clear reason. I deleted all my social media accounts because they were affecting my mental state. However, when I delete them, I start feeling a sense of FOMO, and when I reinstall them, I feel restless and anxious. Because of this, I keep deleting and reinstalling them, which is mentally exhausting. Is it okay if I completely avoid social media and social gatherings for the next 5–6 months and limit my interaction mostly to my parents while focusing on my preparation?

Will I develop desensitization if I use these daily for sleep? I have trouble sleeping and I am planning to use these daily: Melatonin 3 mg Magnesium glycinate 2000 mg L-theanine 100 mg My doubts are very basic: If I take these every night, will my body get used to them? Will they stop working after some time? Do they cause tolerance  like sleeping pills? Is it safe for long-term daily use, or should they be taken with breaks?

Dear Dr, I have started tapering 1mg of clonazepam last year till 7 months and am unable to withdraw, hence started on the same dose. During tapering i have to undergo deviated nasal septum surgery.post that am using the same dosage..but still my anxiety is not under control. Please suggest

Or it should be above the marking point? The vaccine will be effective or not ?? Anything need to worry about?? Please answer doctor! 2. Also little blood and vaccine came out while gave the vaccine!! Is it ok or need to worry? 3. How many days it will take the puncture site to close?? 4.
