PCOS really cause any mental disorder??
I had PCOS since 6-7years but after delivery I didn't check it again but my cycles are not regular , hairfall , extra hair on chin and weight gain this all symptoms relate to PCOS .
Now I am more concerned about my mental health...I feel depressed also I am not sexually active (not interested to do that since post pregnancy) is because of harmonal imbalance? Or I have some mental health issues?
Bcoz I do my daily work regularly...as I m staying abroad sometimes I feel alone n as homemaker I have to do all the work thats too frustrating sometime with 15old kid...I feel exhausted
I really don't know to whom I consult for the best solution gynaecologist, psychologist or sexologist?

You should consult a Gynaecologist who is keen to help you as a whole and not just by providing birth control because you're not looking at conception as of now. That's not going to help you to take care of your root cause.
Health Tips
You need to start small by taking baby steps to fix your sleep, meals, physical activity & exercise (yes both are different) and balanced meals ofcourse with supplements, right supplements not just drugs that are used under the name of multivitamin.
