Hello,ANEMIA moderate to sever. Tab trenexa 500 three times a day after food for three to five days for second time to stop bleeding. Cap Livogen XT one at night for one month, ultrafolcin two times a day after food for one month .they both conjugately redused anemia. CONSULT A GYNACOLOGIST.ok.
