Am having my periods after every 10-15 days..? And periods flow is not proper. It is in blackish colour. What is the reason? Is this problem occured because of having sex? Or reason is something else?? is this a problem to worry about??

Don't worry about it. Just go to the gynaecologist and get blood investigation done You might require a scan too. All girls have to exercise daily . Have quality food and plenty of water.
