  4. Mensuration irregular. Is the problem.

Since June my period date irregular first come on 14th June, 1st July, 28th July, 28 august then Now on 10th September it's starting with spotting of blood and 13th September minor bleeding, my height is 4"11 and weight is 74kg pls tell me what is the problem.
