I was prescribed Diane 35 pills for facial acne. I have finished 21 tablets, however I was not told to skip 7 days and continued to take for 4 days during which I was having premenstural symptoms, after 4th day I stopped taking pills. Now it is 7th day of the month, I am not having periods and there are solid lumps in breast which is painful. Kindly help

There is some incidence of breast size increase with diane 35.
It will go away with onset of period.
If the size persists or increases.. Get an ultrasound for both breast done. And consult a gynaecologist
