I took unwanted 72 last night and got periods today in the mrng only for 4 hours and blood clotting. I did pregnancy test 5 days before and it comes negative. What does it mean.

Unwanted 72 is an emergency contraceptive pill taken within 72 hrs of intercourse inorder to avoid unwanted pregnancy , it has no role to play after five or six days, rather if taken at wrong time it can alter the cycle course and thus making things more confusing.
