Mensuration cycle twice in a month

Hi doctor, My sister's age 25 and she is unmarried and the problem is she gets her mensuration twice ina month & that too for 10 days or a week. flow is very heavy and abdominal pain is too much. her weight must be around 75 pr 76. Kindly advice what ia the issue with her.
