Mensuration blood flow

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have thyroid and started my pills recently. My periods were regular from few months now but this time the blood flow is very slow. And the blood is very thick. Its been more than a week i still have blood flow. On the contrary it used to get over in just 5 days before. Is it a issue of concern. Should i consult a gyno ?
