My wife had dnc on 8th of feb thn on 27 feb spooting ocuured nd turned into flow like periods..complete bleeding stops on 7th of march but till today periods havnt come Please suggest

kindly do when ultrasound examination to see if there is any retained products of conception if not confirm that there is no pregnancy fresh
