Mensural problem
My age is 45.my last period was on 30 January 2022.i consulted my doctor after 2 months of my last period.she advised me to take pelvis tas/TVs scan.my endometrium is 12 mm thick and some small cysts were found . Now iam getting vaginal spotting some times and it stops by itself. Any medications needed for stopping this spotting.
