I have been using sanitary pads since a long time. Now someone told me about mensural cup and i want to use it but because of hesitation i can't . Can you please tell me, is there any side effect of using mensural cup like infection in uterus or any other disease ? Is it safe to use it or i need to consult a doctor first? If it is safe , then what are the important things that i need to take care while using it for the first time?
