Though its not clear when ur previous cycle was..I assume u had unprotected intercourse somewhere around ur 14th day ..and after 2weeks u got a little different kind of menses..
If this is so.. Then there r chances of pregnancy.. Please get a urine pregnancy check done..
It can sometimes also happen if u have taken i pill..
