  4. Menstual cycle. I do? what is d reason?

I have 35 days cycle but this time it's my 38th day nd still didn't get my periods..I did my usg pelvis 4 months back it showed normal..I usually get signs like fullness and heaviness of breast before period I got it now also but my period have not come..same thing happened 4 mnthd back so I did my usg now again same condition..what should I do ? What is d reason? I am not sexually active
