Menstruation twice in a month
I have a history of 8 surgeries(GI related)The  last surgery was done on 05th Dec,2022 ..I was not having any issues with menstruation,until now.. My periods  had begun on 04th April and had ended on 09th April I'm having periods again since yesterday(flow is increasing) accompanied with cramping in legs My Hb is 9.3(test done on 09th March 2023),USG is normal(Done on 14th April to check PVR) Also,milk is coming out of both my breasts(Due to GI motility issues I had to take tab lesuride 75mg for a long time , currently I'm taking domperidone) Kindly tell me why it's happening??I'm worried

Domperidone causes milk discharge from breast and your ultrasound scan is normal.. if bleeding heavily please connect personally for prescription

Domperidone could be the reason fr milk discharge from both breast This bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance as the ultrasound findings from gynae point of view are normal U can connect fr a prescription
