At puperty having irregular periods is normal, so u need not worry. But remember to get her haemoglobin checked. She is adviced to stick to a proper diet and regular exercise would be quite helpful.

Hello, I understand your concern. Period cycles tend to be a little irregular in puberty. As your daughter is having bleeding every 15 days, get her HB checked.
Next Steps
Consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation.

For first two years of menarche, cycles maybe irregular But if she is losing too much blood then give her iron tablets once a day and get her hemoglobin levels checked. Also try tranexemic acid 500mg thrice a day for 5 days during heavy bleeding to stop the heavy flow.
