At puperty having irregular periods is normal, so u need not worry.
But remember to get her haemoglobin checked.
She is adviced to stick to a proper diet and regular exercise would be quite helpful.

Hello,
I understand your concern.
Period cycles tend to be a little irregular in puberty.
As your daughter is having bleeding every 15 days, get her HB checked.
For first two years of menarche, cycles maybe irregular
But if she is losing too much blood then give her iron tablets once a day and get her hemoglobin levels checked.
Also try tranexemic acid 500mg thrice a day for 5 days during heavy bleeding to stop the heavy flow.
Menarche periods is like this irregular sometimes.
No need to worry.
Get a CBC done.
Of associated complains are there( pain ,heavy flow)consult a doctor for treatment.
