Menstruation problem. Of pregnancy?

Hello doctor... Actually I had sexual intercourse with my partner in the month of November 2019. After that my periods came every month but periods were a little irregular...still period came every month. But no periods came on the month of October 2020 nd date was 30th oct. It's September 23 still no periods came...I had no sex after Nov 2019. I have gained a lot of weight in these 6months. I was earlier tested for PCOS/pcod but usg came normal. I don't know what's the reason of missed period. Is there any chances of pregnancy? I tested for pregnancy with kit on Jan 2020 but it came negative. Also along with it IAM having problem of urinary incontinence. I passed discharge sometimes whitish sometimes reddish few days ago...plz advice what to do. IAM very tensed. Will be highly grateful to u for an early response.
