I have just started my period and i am in alot of pain and it is extremely heavy . i have to wear both pads and tampons and change them every 45mins to a hour.. idk what to do

Are u having any PCOs,was this a delayed period as then the chances of miscarriage are there ,get a USG done to clear all of these doubts and get back to us for further advice on this if needed.
