Menstrual problem
Hi I'm 39 old female I have 2 kids via normal delivery but in second pregnancy I was detected diabetes but controlled sugar via diet and walk no medicine given but after two years I wad diagnosed diabetes I'm currently on medicine glimestar m2 but last Nov my periods r irregular and not proper flow but from Jan I'm having a period of 12 days in which 3days r just spotting then heavy flow with clots but this March after 12 days period I had clotting that also lemon size and periods started that time my gyn gave me medicine pause md on 13 April then bleeding stopped after that I amhaving  my regular period on 26 April but 3;days spotting and having heavy bleeding  with clots but for 3 hours a day till today plz help me in this matter
