-26 year old female with 3 months of amenorrhea followed by spotting for 10days followed by heavy menstrual flow with clots from the past 5 days, not associated with cramps. -had similar episode 10 years back -menstrual cycle generally ranges from 45 to 60 days, with 3-5 days bleeding. normal flow. BMI-24. not married.no other medical conditions -
